The software we use to process subscriptions and donations employs invoices to track your payments. You will see invoices in your account dashboard for all your donations or subscriptions, including gifts you have given.

Find the invoice section in your dashboard

While logged in to your account — see our tutorials on account access — click on the profile icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Your account dashboard should open from the right side of the window.

Scroll down till you find the section heading for Invoices. Click the heading to expand the section.

View and download invoices

Next to the invoices in the expanded section you will find a column titled Actions. For each invoice, there should be an action to view the invoice. This will open a new modal with invoice details.

If the invoice has already been paid, the only button available will be titled Download and will open a PDF version of the invoice for your records. If the invoice has not been paid, read on below.

Pay open invoices

If you have logged in to your account, expanded the Invoices section in your dashboard and located an invoice with a status of Open — see tutorial sections above if you need help — clicking the link to View the invoice under the Actions section will open a new modal for that invoice.

If the invoice is unpaid, you should see a button to download the invoice as well as a button marked Pay Now. Clicking the Pay Now button will start the default payment flow and use a saved payment method if you have one.

Clicking the option to download the invoice will open a PDF version with the full details. For open invoices, there will be a button labeled Pay Now at the bottom of the PDF version. Clicking the Pay Now button will open a payment portal for that specific invoice, allowing you to enter card details and complete the payment.

Completing the payment via the option in the initial modal or following the prompt at the bottom of the PDF version will both accomplish the same result.
