How can the Environmental Protection Agency be more effective? Congress wants to know, so it commissioned an investigation: Learning from Innovations in Environmental Protection: A Call for Ideas and Potential Researchers. Researchers are also needed to test which methods have the best potential to improve what the EPA does.
