The Idaho Statesman is offering reprints of its
landmark editorial series that argues for breaching four dams on
the Lower Snake River to help save salmon populations. The series,
titled Dollars, Sense and Salmon, ran three days last July, and
helped push the dams issue to the forefront of Pacific Northwest
political debate. Copies cost 50 cents apiece, or 25 cents apiece
if you order more than 10. Write the Statesman at 1200 N. Curtis
Road, Boise, ID 83704, or call the circulation department at
208/377-6370.
