Many of Wyoming’s most heated battles involve wildlife, whether it’s
the sage grouse getting trampled by drill rigs and wind turbines, or
wolves scrapping with ranchers. The HCN Road Crew checked out a less
visible battle, one over the Togwotee Pass road widening project and
the state highway department’s efforts to make it friendly to the
frogs, fish and big game. After you watch the video, check out the
